Cross Training

Cross training program incorporate elements of olympic lifting, powerlifting, and gymnastics. This fitness regimen is used to improve overall general fitness. The workouts are based on functional movements and are performed at high intensity.

IronFit Program

Ironfit program focuses on three essential exercise; squats, deadlifts, and pressings. Each class include one of these movements and a conditioning portion that promotes muscle building and fat burning. The exercises focus on corrective body building that emphasize improving proper movements in those three essential exercises.
